This wonderful ladies ring was made by Cartier in the 1980's. The ring is a size 7 and has not been sized. You can see from the photos that the serial number and the Cartier hallmark is intact. The ring comes with the original vintage Cartier ring box The ring is constructed in solid 18k yellow gold on the outer bands and 18k rose cold in the center ring. It makes the appearance of Cartier's rolling rings however they are fused together. The center stone is a genuine sapphire with diamond accents.
